The Dustguard Pro is a modular independent sensor-driven dust control system engineered for mining, where airborne particulates pose safety and operational risks. Built for reliability and ease of deployment, it integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure and supports remote location with automated dust control. Installed 20 meters back from the stope, DustGard Pro connects a solenoid valve to the water hose, with a control cable linking the valve to the device. Operators set the desired water activation time while tramming to the stockpile. If the operator returns and the device remains active, it automatically shuts off the water. The fail-safe solenoid valve ensures water flow stops if the control cable is damaged or battery voltage drops below threshold.
